This is the site of the celebration of the opening of the Spokan-Nelson Highway looking north. The Canadian Customs Office is in the middle distance. Speakers stand at the ladder and the banquest is in the grove to the left. The boundary line is at the arch. Photo taken by Jacob A. Meyers in 1923.
